Today we turned in our Dossier to Dillon International!!! Yippee!!! One more step closer to our new baby. We are still waiting to be fingerprinted and then the I-171H will be issued.
No major problems with this Dossier. Compared to the Dossier we had to prepare for India...this one was a piece of cake. I was totally, but pleasantly, surprised.
There have been three referrals so far this week that I'm aware of. One is a precious little boy who was a "waiting child". Stormy and her family have spoken for him. He's just the cutest little guy. We're thrilled that he now has a forever family. One little girl was referred to the Varn family and a little boy to the Cline family. It's been an exciting week on our discussion forum.
The families who are in Vietnam now picking up their kiddos are returning home tomorrow and Friday. That is so exciting!!! The left the US on Thursday, June 21st. So, they're coming home in just under two weeks and just over 2 weeks. That's good news!!!!

Congrats on getting you Dossier done and sent to Dillon! Hopefully a referral will come soon!
That has to feel good to get over that last paperwork hurdle. Hope you hear good news soon.
That's great that you got the dossier completed. One more thing you can check off the list.
Congratulations!!! We were there last week. Now we're not. I remember it as being a good feeling! haha
Congratulations! That's the last of the paperwork until the acceptance stuff!!!!!!
Congrats! Praying you receive your I171H quickly!
Yay, Nadra! Glad to see you haven't lost your paperwork touch! Bring on baby #2!!!! :o)
Hugs!

Way to go! Here's hoping for super fast fingerprint appointments for both of us! :)

Oh I'm so excited that your dossier is done! You're nearly ready for "the list"! I fully agree that Vietnam is far easier than India in this department. We had just completed our India dossier last April when we decided to switch to Vietnam. I was suprized and relieved at the ease of completing our second dossier in just 3 weeks time.
Hi! My Uncle Brad sent me the link to your blog. Congrats on the completed Dossier!! We're nearly done with ours... just waiting on our Haitian Consulate authentication before it actually goes to Haiti. It's amazing how the requirements vary depending on the country. We just received our referral last week. :o) We have a little journal, too.
